Shipping policy

Our goal is to provide you with the best transportation options, no matter where you are. We serve hundreds of customers around the world every day and strive to provide you with the highest level of service.

International: Express Shipping (DHL\FedEx): 3-7 working days, Standard Shipping (YunExpress): 5-12 working days.

Domestic U.S.

Our default shipping method is UPS. If you prefer USPS, please leave a note.

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

If you purchase a product that is in stock, we will ship it within 24 hours on business days. If you purchase a product that is out of stock, additional preparation time is required (typically 3-5 business days). 

Shipping Time and Cost

Our shipping address is in Atlanta, and the shipping fee will be automatically calculated. The default shipping method is UPS® Ground, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days depending on the distance. If you need expedited shipping, please select UPS Next Day Air® service.

International

We use DHL or YunExpress for international shipments. 

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing Time

The processing time is 3-5 business days. We will inform you in case of any special circumstances.

Shipping Time and Cost

The delivery time is 5-15 business days. If you have any questions about the shipping time, please feel free to contact us.

YunExpress: $19.9

DHL: $29.9

To avoid additional taxes, we will choose the appropriate courier service for you.


And, the buyer will bear the following conditions:

  1. If the tariff appears in the country/region where the consignee is located, the buyer will pay the tariff.
  2. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to address modification.
  3. As the buyer cancels the order or returns the goods for his own reasons, the buyer shall bear this part of the cost.

*Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

*If you need to modify the shipping address of your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. However, please be aware that we are unable to change the address for orders that have already been shipped, as we sometimes dispatch orders as soon as 1 hour after they are placed.

*For PO Boxes and APO / FPO military addresses, the delivery may take up to 6 weeks. So we encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address.

We strive to ensure that your packages are delivered to you as safely as possible, but the shipping process is not 100% controllable. Don't worry, we offer solutions to address this issue.
