Shipping Protection Policy (U.S. Orders Only)

1) Overview

This Shipping Protection (“Protection”) is available only for orders shipped to a U.S. delivery address. We ship orders using trackable carrier services and use shipping protection to support customers when a package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Protection is optional and may be added in the cart/checkout. If Protection is not selected, standard shipping support still applies, but any resolution may be limited.

2) Eligibility (U.S. Only)

Protection applies when all of the following are true:

  • The order is shipped to a U.S. address.
  • Protection is added to the order at checkout.
  • The shipment is scanned by the carrier and includes valid tracking information.
  • A claim is submitted within the time limits in Section 5.

Protection does not apply to:

  • International shipments / non-U.S. delivery addresses.
  • Local pickup orders (no shipping transit).
  • Digital products or services (if any).

3) What’s Covered

Protection may cover eligible items in your order if any of the following occurs during shipping:

  • Lost in transit — tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or the package is not delivered.
  • Damaged in transit — items arrive physically damaged due to shipping/handling.
  • Stolen after delivery (“porch theft”) — tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package.

Coverage is provided up to the value of the items in your order (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and the Protection fee), subject to verification.

4) What’s Not Covered

Protection does not cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
  • Packages returned to sender due to address issues, refusal, or being unclaimed.
  • Delivery delays (weather, peak seasons, carrier delays) where the package is still in transit.
  • Orders confiscated by authorities or issues outside carrier control.
  • Missing items due to an unverified partial loss without adequate evidence.
  • Damage due to normal wear, product misuse, or issues unrelated to shipping.

5) Claim Time Limits

Please contact us within:

  • Damage claims: within 7 days of delivery.
  • Theft claims (Delivered but not received): within 7 days of delivery.
  • Lost in transit claims: within 30 days of the ship date (or within 7 days after the last tracking update, whichever is later).

Late claims may be denied.

6) How to File a Claim

When contacting us, please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name and shipping address
  • A brief description of the issue (lost / damaged / stolen)
  • Photos or supporting documents (if applicable)

Required Supporting Documents

  • Damaged: clear photos of (1) outer packaging, (2) shipping label, (3) inner packaging, and (4) damaged item(s).
  • Stolen (Delivered but not received): a brief written statement confirming non-receipt and confirmation of the delivery address. In some cases, we may request a police report or additional verification.
  • Lost: confirmation that the shipping address is correct and any relevant tracking screenshots.

7) Resolution Options

After review and verification, we may provide one of the following:

  • Replacement shipment (same item or equivalent, depending on stock)
  • Store credit
  • Refund to the original payment method (at our discretion)

We may require additional time to investigate with the carrier before approving a resolution.

8) Important Notes

  • Protection is non-refundable after the order ships.
  • Claims are subject to verification to prevent fraud.
  • We may decline claims that show signs of address issues, repeated suspicious claims, or insufficient evidence.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time. The version posted on our website is the current version.
